I'm offering a renovated, fully-furnished, 42 m² studio apartment for a few weeks in the summertime while I go back home to visit family. There's a fully-equipped kitchen, bath/shower, washing machine, couch/guest bed, and sleeping loft. The location is an ideal place to stay if you're here for a visit or short-stay. Musicians are most welcome!
While there is no internet here, internet cafes are on the corner of the street.
The apartment is in the safe neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg with many boutiques, internet cafes, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and parks nearby. The tram M2 to Alexanderplatz is a minute away. Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn is 2 min. away and Eberswalder Strasse U-Bahn 5-8 minutes.
Price: 50 Euros/night for 1 person or 2 persons
Preference will be given to those who can stay for the majority of the time between June 26-July 16 and also between July 22-August 9.
