Bäcker, Supermarkt, Shoppingcenter, Bioladen, Spätkauf, Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 min.) Vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn, S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Helmholzplatz und der Kollwitzplatz sind in der Nähe und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Dort finden regelmäßig Märkte statt. Die Nachbarn sind nett und das Haus gerade renoviert.

This nice apartment is in one of the nicest spots of the city. Prenzlauer Berg is full of restaurants, bars, coffee bars, shops and lovely streets. The flat is very modern, quite placed, bright and full of details. You will find a great sound station for a perfect music sound. In addition there is a working vintage radio with classic sound. The vintage phone is for your local free calls. For sure there is wireless to.
In the kitchen you have the option to use every basic stuff, like a kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and stuff. You'll also find a design priced espresso machine, with is doing espresso as it's best (1 packet is free for you!).
You have two places to eat- one in the kitchen and one dinner table in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, toilet and always fresh towels.
There is a tram right in front of the house and train station is a 5-minute walk away (Schönhauser Allee). But you won't hear any noise because it's located in the court. Also the house decorated new.
