Schlichte, kleine Wohnung ab März zu vermieten!
Eine Reservierung ist schon jetzt, auch ohne Besichtigung, möglich. Besichtigungen sind leider erst ab dem 1.3. machbar.
Das auf einem Bild noch erkennbare Hochbett wurde inzwischen abgebaut und gegen ein modernes 140cm Bett ausgetauscht. Zur weiteren Ausstattung der Wohnung gehört neben einem modernen TV-Gerät und einer Musikanlage auch ein hochwertigeres Sofa. Ein Internet-Anschluss ist (noch) nicht vorhanden.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist schlicht aber vollständig ausgestattet. Im ruhigen Seitenflügel gelegen befindet sie sich in einem der wenigen noch nicht sanierten Häuser mitten im angesagten Teil vom Prenzlauer Berg. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und kleine Shops. Vor der Tür befindet sich ein netter Park. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit mehreren Tram-Linien ist ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man in den angrenzenden Stadtteilen (z.B. Friedrichshain) oder im Stadtzentrum (Alexanderplatz).
Geheizt wird altmodische mit Kohlen oder Holz. Wenn Du nicht damit vertraut bist wie das funktioniert, zeigen wir Dir das sehr gerne. Kohlen kann man in der Umgebung überall kaufen oder könnten auf Wunsch auch geliefert werden.

Small and nice apartment to let from March!
A reservation is already possible. Viewings can take place as of March 1.
The loft bed from the picture has been substituted by a modern bed of 140 cm. The room is simply but well furnished and equipped ( TV set, stereo, oven, fridge, bathtub, washing machine). An internet connection is not (yet) available.
Situated in a quiet backyard in a nice area with beautiful turn-of-the-century buildings, lots of cafés and little shops, vis-á-vis a nice park.
Exellent transport connections with tram - city center (Alexanderplatz) or Friedrichshain are only a few minutes away.
The heater is a snugly, old fashioned coal-burning stove. If you're not familiar with the handling we are pleased to show it to you. You will get the burning-material in the shops in the surrounding.
