I wish to rent out my lovely one bedroom from December 14-28. The flat can also be made available through January 1 for those in Berlin over New Years!
The apartment is ideally situated for anyone visiting Berlin or that needs a place to stay while looking for long term housing. I am seeking a non smoking, clean tenant that I can entrust my little slice of heaven to while I am on holiday. Couples are ok too.
The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated building on exciting Lychener Strasse. The apartment comes fully furnished with:

The apartment is conveniently located on Lychener Str in the center of Prenzlauer Berg. Immediately out the door are fantastic bars, restaurants and shops. You will be less than 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation (U2, M10, M1, M12). Beautiful Helmholzplatz is just minutes away with a variety of cafes perfect for enjoying Berlin during the holidays. You are also within walking distance of multiple grocery stores (REWE and Kaisers) as well as Mauerpark and the KulturBrauerei, which features a lovely Christmas market in December. Enjoy the best of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte within minutes!
The apartment can be made available for viewing on weekends or weekdays after 7pm. We can speak about payment of the rent individually but a deposit equal to the rent must be paid upon arrival that will of course be refunded if nothing is broken.
