Fully furnished apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for rent from 01.11.2019 for one year (minumum stay), with the possibility to stay longer too.
It is on 1. floor (lift available) of a renewed building, has a great sunny sleeping room with windowed terrace (so you can use the space in winter too :), the bathroom with shower and large window, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washmachine, electric cooker+oven, table with chairs, water boiler,toaster, pots and frying pans, dishes&glasses, cutlery, plates). Vacuum cleaner also available.
Sleeping room with comfy double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk.
There is also a sofa that can be opened, becoming an additional double-bed.
The bathroom is of a good size, with window, and is provided with shower.
There is a separate cellar and a small garden on the back of the house.
DSL is included.
The building is inhabited by young people, but it is really quiet daytime&night.
