Vermiete meine voll möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für einen Monat, da ich beruflich in San Francisco bin. Die Wohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar perfekt, es gibt eine Küche, einen Esstisch, einen Schreibtisch, sowie eine Schlafcouch für Gäste oder zum fernsehen (42 Zoll Plasmafernseher). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (ich koche gerne). Das Bett ist groß und bequem (Tonnenfederkern-Matratze) und im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne.
Prenzlauer Berg ist ein lebendiger Kiez mit jungen Familien, vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, urigen Läden, Flohmärkten und vielem mehr. Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen der S- und U-Bahn Station Schönhauser Allee und dem Mauerpark. Von Schönhauser Allee kommt man per Ringbahn (S-Bahn-Ring), U-Bahn (über Alexanderplatz), Straßenbahn und Bussen bequem fast überall hin. Im 5 Minuten entfernten Mauerpark kann man gut spazieren und joggen gehen; außerdem ist jeden Sonntag einer der berühmtesten Flohmärkte Berlins, meist gepaart mit Live-Auftritten von Karaoke, Bands oder Zirkus-Artisten.
Bei Interesse bitte Kontakt per Email, Telefon oder SMS. Vor der Vermietung würde ich gern ein Treffen - oder zumindest ein Telefonat - vereinbaren. Es wird einen Untermietvertrag geben, in dem auch Kaution und Zustand der Einrichtung bei Übergabe festgehalten werden, da ich Ärger vermeiden will.

In english: I'm subletting my apartment for one month since I'm in San Francisco professionally. It's rather small but cozy and comfortable, and perfect for one person or a couple. Closely located to the well-connected public transport station "Schönhauser Allee" as well as the Mauerpark with it's famous Sunday Flee Market, it's a nice starting point for exploring Berlin or commuting quickly to most parts of Berlin.
If you're interested, please contact me via Email, phone or text message. I'd like to meet, or at least talk to you beforehand, and there'll be a subletting contract regulating deposit as well as condition of furniture and equipment on signing, in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
