Ich vermiete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete. Sie liegt in berühmten Kastanienallee, dem Herzen des Prenzlauer Berges.
Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat weißen Dielenboden. Das große Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer blickt nach Westen über die Kastanienallee, Küche und Bad nach Osten, d.h. Sonne von zwei Seiten!
In der Wohnung findest du alles was du brauchst, einschließlich WLAN, eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine und Bettwäsche.
HIGHLIGHT: für abenteuerlustige gibt es einen semi-offiziellen Zugang zum Dach, von dem man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf diese großartige Stadt hat (siehe Bild).
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend, M1, M12, M10 und U2 fahren quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Umgebung bietet unzählige kleine und nette Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, 2nd Hand-Läden, Buchläden, Vintage-Boutiquen u.A.

I'm renting out my apartment which is located in the legendary Kastanienallee - in the very heart of Berlin's famous area 'Prenzlauer Berg'. The Apartment is a beautifully furnitured place with a white wooden floor. It has a cozy and charming large room to the west overlooking the Kastanienallee, kitchen and bathroom to the east. You’ll have everything you need, including WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and bed linen.
HIGHLIGHT: For adventurous guests: there is a semi-official access to the rooftop, which you may climb in order to get a gorgeous view over the city.
Stations for public transportation are just across the street, so are cafes, bars and food stores.
Across the Street you find the U-Bahn station “Eberswalder Straße” where several Trains/Metrotrains are running (U2, M1, M12, M10).
The location is very unique, not only in respect to the public transportation but also to the cultural and creative atmosphere in this area.
