High ceilings and wood type floor studio layout feels large due to the one room effect of kitchen built into the big room. Ideal for 1-2 people. The rent is 633 € warm and electricity is rather minimal for the space. There is a washing area in basement and storage area in basement and a balcony facing the courtyard where bikes are safely parked. Place includes a good working dishwasher and smaller fridge built in. Internet is functional today at 25€ /month.
We want you to enjoy taking over this rental from the landlord direct as we did on craigslist 3 years ago. And the right renter will also take over the flat and purchase the large items of closet wardrobe, bed, window blinds, built in wall desk, bookshelves and clothes washer as we did. Comes with internet and landline already working at 25/month. (often when moving to Berlin you must wait a month or two for the internet and landline to get set up).
Its a lovely spot to live with many restaurants, cafes, tapas, and the famous Wasserturm just outside the door. Food shopping is very easy with Edeka half a block away, Netto 1.5 blocks, Kaiser 1.5 blocks and Lidl 2.5 blocks. The biggest Bio LPG in Germany is 3 blocks away also. McFit Gym newly renovated is 4 blocks away and Greens Gym is 1.5 blocks away.

The lovely Wasserturm (Water Tower Park) is visible from the front door as well as the TV tower. It is as central as it gets in Berlin with a stylish neighborhood and lively feel.
The new spacious tram M2 is 1 block away and goes direct to Alexanderplatz just a few stops, every few minutes.
Every Saturday is a outdoor market 1 block away on Kollwitzplatz and also Thursday as an organic produce market.
Will show this week and already friends and family are interested and many want it March1 so act quickly to take it Feb1. We are moving out of the country and the only reason we are leaving. Been here for over 3 years. Can show this week. Forgive the packing up boxes. Here are some pics.
