Mauerpark is less than a five minute walk where you can enjoy Berlin's famous Sunday flea market and karaoke in the park! Beautiful Helmholzplatz is just minutes away with a variety of cafes perfect for enjoying the real Berlin. You are also within walking distance of multiple grocery stores (Aldi and Kaisers) as well as the KulturBrauerei. Enjoy the best of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte within minutes!
I would like to sublet the flat for a minimum of 6 months. I can be flexible with the move in date. The flat is perfect for singles or couples in Berlin.
