1-Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg

Dear interested person,

this flat will be available from now on until the end of August but could be possible for longer maybe!
I have a small but nice flat that is full furnished.
You come into the corridor and on the left side behind the door there is a little wardrobe. On the opposite of the door is the bathroom with a bathtube and a cupboard to put things in. Everythng is completely made new, as well the bathroom.
When you go right from the corridor you come into the big room with a sleeping couch, a little table, a glas cupboard, another big cupboard, a carpet and a desk which you can change into a smaller option. Every peace except the desk is new and will stay there of course.
When you go left you'll find the kitchen in which everything is new as well. There is no dishwasher but maybe you won't need one alone. A washing machine is under the sink.
The whole floor consists of Vinyl that looks like wood. It's the same way made like parquet and looks pretty much like it.
The mounthly rent is 450 euros with wifi and electicity included. So it would be more if you want to stay longer than one mounth.
There is no TV.
Because of an security aspect I'd like to have a deposit of 300 euros.

The flat is in the Thälmannpark which is a park in Prenzlauer Berg, almost the City Center. To the south there is he M4 and the S Bahn station Greifswalder Straße (S41, S42) and shops like Kaisers and Aldi to buy food, to the west there is the M10 (5 min walking), to the north there is the M2 and the S Bahn station Prenzlauer Allee (8 min walking) and some shops like Bio Company and Penny also to buy food.
In generell you will always find a good place for lunchtime or dinner.
The flat is aligned to the south east, so the whole day the flat is bright.
