Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Danziger Straße, genau zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain. Sie liegt im 4. Stock, hat einen Südbalkon und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Volkspark Friedrichshain. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist super-geräumig, und die großen Fenster, die nach Osten und Süden gehen, sorgen für viel Licht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ebenfalls hell und geräumig, und auch das Badezimmer hat Badewanne und Fenster, so dass man bei Sonne duschen kann. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, großes Bett, Kabel-TV, Stereoanlage und WLAN.
Das Haus ist ein 60er Jahre-Bau, frisch gestrichen und auch die Wohnungen und Balkone sind alle renoviert. Und es gibt sogar einen Aufzug!
Im Park gegenüber kann man wunderbar joggen oder picknicken, das Bötzow-Viertel liegt 7 Gehminuten entfernt, und um die Ecke befinden sich Netto und Lidl. Die Tram 10 und der Bus 200 halten direkt vorm Haus!

Hi, I'm subletting my sunny studio-apartment in Prenzlauer Berg to one person, for 10 days, from 22 May to 31 May. It's a spacious apartment on the 4th floor, with a separate kitchen, bathroom with tub, and a balcony that faces to the south and looks out on a park. My flat is fully furnished and comes with all amenities like WLAN (WiFi), washing mashine, microwave, flatscreen TV (cable), etc. The house is freshly painted and all apartments have been refurbished. The location is also very convenient: Danziger Straße, right between Prenzlauer Bberg and Friedrichshain! The tram M10, which runs through the Prenzlberg and to the Hauptbahnhof, leaves right in front of the house, as does the Bus 200 to the Alexanderplatz and Bahnhof Zoo. Across the street, the park „Friedrichshain“ is a great place for running and biking, and the „Bötzowkiez“ with lots of cafés and restaurants is in walking distance. Also, there are three big supermarkets right around the corner.

The rent is € 250 for the 10 days. The security deposit is €100. Only reliable people that take good care of my place - absolutely NO party animals!!
