Ich möchte meine Loft-Wohnung gerne vom 01.03 - 20.03 2016 untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine sehr moderne Wohnung mitten im Winskiez im Prenzlauer Berg. Zahlreiche Cafes und Bars fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Tram-Haltestellen "Marienburger Str." bzw. "Hufelandstraße", die nur wenige Minuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt sind. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle "Prenzlauer Allee" bzw. die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Eberswalder Straße" sind 2 Tram-Stationen entfernt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Straße.
In der Wohnung befinden sich alle essenziell notwendigen Dinge, die für einen Kurzaufenthalt notwendig sind: Badewanne, WiFi, Handtücher, Kühlschrank und sämtliche Küchenutensilien.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, die Wohnung an eine vertrauensvolle Person vermieten zu können. Besichtigungstermine sind nach Absprache möglich.
I would like to rent my loft during 01.03 - 20.03. 2016. It is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Around the corner are the Tram-Stations "Marienburger Str." and "Hufelandstraße". Also the S-Bahn-Station "Prenzlauer Allee" and the U-Bahn-Station "Eberswalder Straße" is not far away.
All essentials you need for your stay are in the flat: bathtub, WiFi, fridge and so on.
