Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Winsstr., im Winskiez, zwischen Prenzlauer Alle und Greifswalder Straße.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. 3 min Fußweg zur Tram M2 „Marienburger Str.“, mit der man in 8 min am Alexanderplatz ist und 4 min Fußweg zur Tram M10 „Winsstr.“, die einen schnell zum Mauerpark und zum Hauptbahnhof (15 min) bringt. Außerdem befindet sich die Tram M4 „Hufelandstraße“ in der Nähe (5 min Fußweg), die direkt zum Hackeschen Markt durchfährt.
Im Winskiez selber gibt es einen Supermarkt, zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants, sowie Bioläden. Es gibt einen Lidl auf der Prenzlauer Allee, der in 5 min zu erreichen ist. Im Haus selber befindet sich „Vinh Green Grocery“, ein asiatischer Bioladen/Supermarkt. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es perfekte italienische Pizza. Außerdem ist der bekannte Burgerladen „Marienburger“ nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Public transportation is easy to reach on foot. 3 min walk to tram M2 "Marienburger Str.", from where you get to Alexanderplatz in 8 min and 4 min walk to the tram M10 "Winsstr." from where you get very quick to Mauerpark and the central train station (15 min). In addition, there is the Tram M4 "Hufelandstraße" (5 min walk) which passes through to Hackescher Markt directly.
In Winskiez there is a grocery store and numerous cafes and restaurants. There is a „Lidl“ on the Pernzlauer Allee which can be reached in 5 min. In the building is "Vinh Green Grocery", an Asian health food store. In addition, the well-known burger shop "Marienburger" is just around the corner.
