Die 58 m2 große Wohnung eignet sich besonders für Singles und Paare. Sie bietet ein gemütliches Doppelbett und ein kuscheliges Sofa, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Ihr findet einen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Standmixer, Mixer, Geschirr, Besteck und einen Elektroherd. Es gibt ein kleines, zum begehbaren Kleiderschrank umgestaltetes, Zimmer.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und ein bisschen Stauraum sowie eine Waschmaschine.

I am renting out my studio apartment in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg from October 1st to December 31st. The apartment is in a good and clean condition and offers everything you need in daily life to feel comfortable.
The apartment has 58m2 and best suits singles or couples. You get a comfortable double bed and a cosy couch as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine, a blender, cutlery and an electric stove.
A small room gets reused as a closet and the bathroom has a bathtub and minimal storage as well as a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg in einem typischen Berliner Kiez nahe den Schönhauser Arcaden. Die Ubahnlinien 2, sowie die Ringbahnlinien 41 und 42 und die Straßenbahnlinien 1 und 12 sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anbindung ist wirklich unschlagbar.
In direkter Umgebung findet ihr Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Biocompany, Denn’s, Kaisers, Netto), DM, Apotheken, Cafés, Bars und Imbisse. Zum Mauerpark oder nach Mitte ist es auch nicht weit.

This apartment can be found in a silent Street in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg in the heart of a typical Berlin neighborhood next to Schönhauser Arcaden mall. As for public transport you can find the subway line U2, the circle lines S41 and S42 as well as the streetcar lines M1 and M12.
In the neighborhood you can find grocery stores (Biocompany, Denn's, Kaisers, Netto), drug stores, pharmacies, coffee shops and bars. Within a short travel you can easily reach Mauerpark and Berlin-Mitte.
Ich suche für meine Wohnung Menschen, die sorgsam und verantwortungsbewusst mit den Sachen umgehen.
