Fully furnished 1.5-bedroom apartment (called "Berlin Bedroom") just 3 minutes walking to Schönhauser Allee / Bornholmer Str.
The apartment is located in the back house on the 2nd floor. When you enter the apartment, there is a small corridor with room to put your shoes and coats. To your left, you enter the kitchen. It is fully equipped with oven, dish washer, and all amenities needed to cook (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.). The kitchen has also a fully functioning washing machine and a window facing the backyard.
Next door on the corridor to the left is the bathroom door. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. The bathroom has a window also facing the back yard.
Lastly, you enter the living/sleeping room. It has a wood floor, a double bed, a hanger and some drawers as well as a small table and three chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. It has one big double-windows facing the back yard.
At move-out, a 60 EUR cleaning fee will be charged.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Prenzlauer Berg, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Schönhauser Allee. Die Gegend ist ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr zentral - Restaurants, Cafés und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Penny) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnstation Schönfließer Straße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. S- und U-Bahn Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee Arkaden sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel des Hinterhauses. Sie ist dadurch nochmal ruhiger.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich per Email - ich melde mich abends zurück. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.September bezugsfrei. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate. Da die Wohnung noch bis Ende August vermietet ist, kann ich aktuell keine Besichtigungen durchführen. Bei Auszug wird eine Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 100 EUR berechnet.
