ich vermiete meine komplette Wohnung für die Dauer meiner Reise. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, mitten im Prenzlauer Berg auf der Grenze zu Mitte. In wenigen Minuten bist Du im Mauerpark oder am Hackeschen Markt mit allen Museen, der Uni etc...
Das Wohnzimmer geht zur belebten Straße hinaus. Das Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Ich bin telefonisch oder per Whats App erreichbar.
! Im Juli oder August kann es sein das eine Freundin für eine Woche nach Berlin kommt und in meiner Wohnung übernachtet. Du behältst Dein Zimmer, sie schläft in einem extra Zimmer :-) Du müsstest nur damit einverstanden sein.

I rent my complete appartement for the duration of my travel. You can´t get a better place to stay;-), It is in the center of Prenzlauer Berg on the border to Mitte. In a few minutes you are in the Mauerpark or Mitte with all it´s museas and the Humboldt university. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there also is a washingmachine and a vacuumcleaner. The livingroom goes to the lively street of Kastanienallee, the sleepingroom is facing the back.
You can contact me via mail and we can skype if you are not in the area beforehand.
note: A female friend might be visiting Berlin in july or august for a week. Then you would need agree to share the appartement (there is a spare room where she would sleep, you´ll keep your own room and all)
Die Straßenbahn ist vor der Haustür. Du bist in wenigen Minuten laufend, oder mit den Öffentlichen, in Mitte (Museen, Uni). Prenzlauer Berg ist einer der beliebtesten Bezirke in Berlin. Die Kastanienallee ist bekannt für Cafes, Bars und kleine Mode-Läden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt erreichbar. Im Prenzlauer Berg leben viele Künstler, Studenten und Familien. Der Mauerpark ist um die Ecke.
The tramline is directly in front of your doorstep. In a few minutes by foot you reach Mitte where you have all the museas and the Humboldt university. The Kastanienallee is known for it´s cafes and bars as well as small fashion-shops. All supermarkets are in reach.Lots of artist, young people and families live in the area. The Mauerparc is 4 minutes from the appartement. It is all in all a very lively and interesting place.
Das Haus ist ein Altbau, unsanierte Fassade und berlintypisches Grafitti.
Du lebst in meinem Zuhause, und ich würde Dich bitten dementsprechend mit der Wohnung umzugehen. Halte sie sauber und in Ordnung. Es ist kein Platz für Parties, dafür hast Du alle Optionen vor der Haustür:-) Sollte es ein Problem geben (etwas geht kaputt, Fragen...) ist ein Freund von mir in Berlin erreichbar.
The house is an old building with grafitti, you should like the charme of Berlin:-)
I ask you to take care of the place like it is your home. Please keep it clean and tidy. It is not meant to be a party place. For all parties and dance you can go out and there is a lot to choose from:-) Whenever there is a problem (sth breaks, is not working etc) you can a friend of mine who lives in Berlin.
