Furinshed one room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for 3 months

The apartment is situated in the back of the building and all widows face internal backyard so it is quiet, not getting any noise from the street. It also means that it does not get direct sunlight.

The apartment consists of small corridor, bathroom with a bathtub, the main room, small (~2m²) storage room and seperate kitchen. The walls are plain white everywhere accept for kitchen where they are painted red. Apartment has three windows. Two in the room and one in the kitchen.

Apartment is fully furnished.
Kitchen is supplied with a washing mashine and standard cooking equipment, including a gas oven, fridge, electric kettle, frying pans, pots, plates, cutlery and simple kitchen furniture. Warm water is privded by a gas water heater.
Bathroom is small and is furnished with a stack of shelves and a mirror.
The storage room is equipped with two stacks of ikea shelves.
Furniture in the room is black and includes a TV table, TV, large mirror, two large stacks of drawers, coat hanger, large stack of shelves, an extendable sofa-bed, two tables, two standard chairs and two bag-chairs.

Avaliability of the equipment in the apartment is flexible. Things like for example bed sheets may be provided at conveniance of the new tenant. Personal belongings seen on the pictures will be removed before new tenant moves in. TV will be changed to a smaller one. Some of the equipment and/or furniture may be removed upon request of the new tenant.
