Ich biete meine wunderschöne, sanierte Altbauwohnung für 2 Monate zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Raum mit Küche, ein Bad, eine Kammer, die ich als begehbaren Kleiderschrank nutze und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung selbst hat lackierten Dielenboden und Stuck an den Decken, das Haus und die Straße sind sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Du kannst von Geschirr über Bettwäsche gerne alles von mir benutzen, was Du brauchst. Ich bin erst vor kurzem in die Wohnung gezogen, daher ist fast alles auch noch ganz neu.

The apartment has a large room with kitchen, a bathroom, a chamber which I use as a walk-in closet and a balcony. The apartment itself has lacquered floorboards and stucco on the ceilings, the house and the street are very quiet.
The apartment is fully equipped. You are welcome to use everything of mine you need, from dishes to bed linen. I've only recently moved into the apartment, so almost everything is brand new.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, direkt am belebten Helmholtzplatz. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, direkt vor der Tür gibt es viele tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Läden,...
Zur Tram brauchst du zu Fuß 3 Minuten, zur U-Bahn (Eberswalder Straße) und zur S-Bahn (Prenzlauer Allee) jeweils 10 Minuten. Zum Alexanderplatz brauchst Du zum Beispiel 15 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Warschauer Straße jeweils 20 Minuten mit der Bahn - Also wirklich zentral gelegen. Ich würde Dir für die zwei Monate sogar mein Bahnticket überlassen, damit kannst du in ganz Berlin mit Bus & Bahn fahren.

Getting to the tram by foot takes 3 minutes, the underground (Eberswalder Straße) and the S-Bahn (Prenzlauer Allee) 10 minutes each. To Alexanderplatz, for example, it takes you 15 minutes, to the main station and to Warschauer Straße 20 minutes by train - so the flat is really centrally located. I would even give you my public transportation ticket for the two months, so you can travel throughout Berlin by bus & train for free.
Wenn es bei euch passt würde ich die Schlüsselübergabe gerne schon am 28.06. und am 03.09. machen, ihr könnt die Wohnung dann auch schon ab dann nutzen. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 900€ monatlich, plus eine Kaution in Höhe von 1500€.
Da ich selbst für zwei Monate im Ausland sein werde, möchte ich meine Wohnung gerne in vertrauensvolle Hände geben. Falls ihr grundsätzlich Interesse habt, schreibt mir doch einfach eine Mail mit einem kurzen Text über euch, und gerne einem Link zu eurem Facebook- / Instagram- / LinkedIn-Profil, ich melde mich, wenn ich denke dass es grundsätzlich passen könnte, so schnell wie möglich bei euch und dann können wir einen Termin zu einer Besichtigung vereinbaren.
