I am renting out my beautiful 38m2 apartment from 16. July till 26. July. Its located in the Bohemian part of Berlin, with gorgeous architecture from older days. There is basically everything you may need in the apartment. There is plenty of space for two people, so pairs are also welcome!
I do have musical instruments, such as piano and guitar, best place for musicians! :)

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr zentral.
Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für zwei Personen. Musiker sind auch herzlich wilkommen, es gibt ein tolles Kawai Klavier und eine klassische Gitarre.
Ihr findet in meiner Wohnung alles was ihr braucht :-)
Apartment is located between Eberswalder Strasse (U-Bahn) and Prenzlauer Allee & Schönhauser Allee. (S-Bahn)
Basically you have all the connection for any part of Berlin within few steps, which is super convenient: U2, S41, S42, S8, S85; as well as Trams M1, M2, M10, M12.
Planetarium is across the street & Mauerpark is just in 15 min. walk away.
There are many many restaurants and shops around. Edeka, Penny, Rewe, Netto etc.

Die Wohngegend ist eher ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rewe, Netto, DM, Geldautomaten, Spätis usw.).Es gibt sehr viele gute Restaurants! Nicht weit von meiner Wohnung befindet sich der Weißsensee und der Mauerpark (besonders sehenswert an Sonntagen).
