Es liegt direkt im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg, gleich um die Ecke vom Kollwitzplatz und ganz in der Nähe von Mitte, wo sich alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden.
Das Layout des Studios ist einfach mit den notwendigen Möbeln und Geräten: Bett, Regal, Tisch, Stühle, Kleiderstange, Waschmaschine, Elektroherd, Kochplatte, Wasserkocher.
Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und sehr sonnig. Und die Lage ist einfach super!! Geschäfte und Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

The sunny studio comes with a separate kitchen, bathroom and corridor. It is on the fifth floor of a renovated historic "Altbau" building. Very simple but charming.
It is situated right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, around the corner from Kollwitzplatz and very close to Mitte where all the tourist sights are.
The layout of the studio is simple with only the necessary furniture and equipment: bed, shelf, table, chairs, clothes rail, washing machine, electric stove, cooking plate, kettle). Nevertheless the place in very charming and extremely sunny. And the location is just awesome!! Shops and tram station just in front of the house.
Es liegt direkt im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg, gleich um die Ecke vom Kollwitzplatz. Prenzlauer Berg ist der ehemalige Hipster, jetzt gehobener Bereich für junge Familien und Berufstätige in Berlin - direkt neben Mitte, wo sich alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden.
Der Mauerpark - berühmt für seinen Sonntagsflohmarkt und öffentliches Karaoke - ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn entfernt.
Die Straßenbahn vom Alexanderplatz hält direkt vor dem Haus. Der Alexanderplatz - das ehemalige Zentrum Ost-Berlins - ist an alle U-Bahn- und Zuglinien angebunden.

It is situated right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, around the corner from Kollwitzplatz. Prenzlauer Berg is the former hipster, now upscale area for young families and professional in Berlin - right next to Mitte where all the tourist sights are.
The Mauerpark - famous for it's Sunday flea market and public karaoke - is 10 min by bike or tram.
The tram from Alexanderplatz stops right in front of the house. Alexanderplatz - the former centre of east Berlin - is connected to all subway and train lines.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung weil ich für 3 Wochen im Ausland bin. Der Preis ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten, auch Internet.
