Ich bin momentan selten in Berlin und würde deshalb gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten für die Zeiträume wo ich nicht da bin, denn ich übernachte sonst auch bei meinem Freund und würde mir somit ein bisschen Miete einsparen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert (ich wohne ja sonst dort :-)) In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden was man so braucht, inkl. Nespresso Kaffemaschine.
Ich habe natürlich meine Sachen alle in der Wohnung, ich könnte eine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange freiräumen für dich, der Rest muss leider da bleiben.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und im Sommer sehr sehr schön kühl.

I am currently rarely in Berlin and would therefore like to sublet my apartment for the periods where I'm not there, because I spend the night with my friend and would save me a bit of rent.
The apartment is fully furnished (I live there otherwise :-)) In the kitchen is also everything you need, including Nespresso coffee machine.
Of course I have all my things in the apartment, I could clear a dresser and a clothes rail for you, the rest must unfortunately remain there.
The apartment is cozy and very nice and cool in the summer.
Anbindung sehr gut - liegt direkt an der Schönhauseralle S-Bahn Haltestelle, ca 3 min zu Fuß. Also U-Bahn, Tram und S-Bahn sind direkt vor der Tür.
Schönhauseralle Accarden sind auch in 3 min zu erreichen, dort bekommt man alles was man braucht.
Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, Kino ect. kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. 10 min nach Mitte und der Mauerpark ist auch nicht weit weg.

Connection very good - is located directly at the Schönhauseralle S-Bahn station, about 3 minutes on foot. So subway, tram and suburban train are right outside the door.
Schönhauseralle Accarden can also be reached in 3 minutes, where you get everything you need.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cinema ect. you can reach everything on foot. 10 minutes to Mitte and the Mauerpark is not far away.
Ich suche jemand der eine schöne Wohnung zu schätze weiß und gut mit meinen Sachen umgeht. :-) Ich bin sehr ordentlich und sauber und hoffe, meine Wohnung danach wieder so vorzufinden, wie ich sie überlassen habe.
Wie gesagt, ich werde sie nicht ausräumen, aber ein bisschen Platz für dich machen.
