Furnished 1-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for min 6 months

I'm subletting my fully furnished 1-room apartment for an indefinite time, for 680 Euro (everything included).

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
- you should want to stay in my apartment for at least six months.
- you should be one person (no couples, sorry!)
- you should have time to come by my place next Monday, the 18th of February (also no skype calls, sorry)

THE APARTMENT:
- High ceilings, wooden floors, big windows
- Big room (46qm) with a sleeping couch (to invite your friends!), a super comfortable armchair, a nice office chair and lots of free space in a book shelf
- Behind the book shelf: A bed (1,40 m) with lots of space beneath to put your luggage etc.
- Bathroom with laundry machine and bathtub
- Small kitchen with oven, water boiler, fridge, pans, plates, and everything else you need to cook something delicious
- Fast WIFI
- Towels and bed linen incuded

LOCATION: The apartment is in the Oderberger Straße in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cute second-hand shops, nice trees, beautiful old buildings, award-winning coffee shops. Two supermarkets (Edeka and Rewe) and a bio supermarket are also very close. Around the corner begins the infamous Mauerpark with its great festival-like atmosphere every Sunday. But don't worry: You'll live in the Hinterhaus (rear house), so it's perfectly quiet. Sleeping with open windows is absolutely doable.

EXPLORE THE CITY: Tram stations and the U2 U-Bahn line are close. The U2 takes you in 6 minutes to Alexanderplatz and in 20 minutes to Potsdamer Platz. You can also walk to the U8 "Bernauer Straße" in 7 minutes, which takes you to Kottbusser Tor in 12 minutes.

CONDITIONS: I'll sublet my place fully furnished for an indefinite time. The contract will state that the quitting period for you is only 2 weeks – so if you want to leave my place, just tell me 2 weeks in advance and we're settled. But this will also be true the other way round: I will have the right to move in within 2 weeks. I'm 90% confident that this won't happen in the next 9 months and even afterwards, but I can't promise it. If that's ok with you, do get in touch with me. I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)
