I am subrenting my apartment for at least 6 months as I will have to leave Berlin for my Job.
I would like to give my place into caring hands, as I am really attached to it and it means a lot to me.
The apartment is 48qm big with a separate kitchen, a large bathroom and a big living room with enough space for a huge bed. Its perfect for 1 (max. 2 people).
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

The house is located in a very friendly and beautiful neighbourhood between Hufelandstraße and Immanuelkirchstraße with a lot of Restaurants and cafes. Three supermarkets are within 10 min walk and there are a lot of small shops and bars and the Volkspark Friedrichshain, which is 5 min to walk (it couldn't be better)
Public transportation is directly in front of the door (it is still quite in the apartment, as it is in the backyard).
The tram is 1 min to walk, the S-Bahn is two tram stations away and the Alexanderplatz is 4 tram stations away.
