Hi everyone,
I am leaving my beloved flat in the in Prenzelberg. My contract is ending in 31st of December, but I am already moving to my new place in november. Therefore I sublent this one-room appartment for two months.
I am open to sublent furnished or non-furnished.
At the moment the flat is having everything you need. A kitchen big enough to sit in, having all supplies, a washing-machine, fridge ect.. The toilet and the bathtop are seperated, but this is very chaming in its own way, since you will have baths looking into the Berlin sky searching for stars...The room is big enough to fit in a workspace, couch, seats and a double bed.
Obviously you can try to get in touch with the landlord and try to take over the contract, since they just gave me a rent raise and they are looking for people who fit well in the neighbourhood and have the potencial of being easy non-complicated renters.
The only must in this is that I will have to hand over the flat empty in January.
The area is a very vibrant area full of cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, ping pong tables, little shops.
Mauerpark is very close to the ones who like it.
With the U2, M1, M12, M10 right by this is a flat you probably never have problems getting home at any given time.
The streets were under construction two years ago, so that there is no construction side is expected anytime soon.
