Bright and spacious apartment for short term rent in Prenzlauer Berg

We're renting our lovely home in Prenzlauer Berg while away on holiday.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area with wall to floor windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee paraphernalia etc.).
Large bedroom with double bed and a view of the inner hof garden.
We have a projector and fast-growing vinyl collection for cosy winter days, and a balcony for smokers and spying on neighbours. Also lots of books. Too many books.

We're in the back building so all rooms face the garden, therefore the only sound you'll hear is that of birds pleasantly singing in the morning.
There's a small elevator in the building, enough to fit a human and a normal sized stroller if necessary.

Rent includes all bills and expenses.
Note that we leave the apartment on 31st December (you can stay the night before so we can show you how everything works) and we return on 26th Jan.

No parties. No pets. Kids are ok but the house is not baby-proofed.
