Probe Wohnen für 10 Tage im schönem Albau Studio mit Glasfront / Glastüre zur kleinen ruhigen Straße im schönem Prenzlauer Berg. Das ganze Studio hat schöne Holzböden im großem Arbeitsraum / kleinem Schlafraum & Küche. Im Bad hat es Stein Kacheln.
Die Küche ist neu Eingebaut mit Kühlschrank / Herd & Backofen. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche ist aus Beton. Das Studio hat sehr gutes WLAN. sowie eine große Kunstbibliothek aus Malerei / Architektur / Design / Gartenkunst. Viele Magazine aus der ganzen Welt. Ich selbst bin seit vielen Jahren Künstler und Arbeite hier im Studio sehr gerne! Im Sommer gibt es draußen im Schaufenster eine eingebaute Holzbank mit viel Sonne. Drinnen ist es schön kühl wenn es draußen heiß ist. Rauchen & Party s sind streng Verboten, da es ein Wohnhaus ist. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Bettzeug & Handtücher würde ich für Dich hinterlegen.
Trial living for 10 days in the beautiful Albau Studio with glass front / glass door to the small quiet street in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg. The whole studio has nice wooden floors in the big workroom / small bedroom & kitchen. The bathroom has stone tiles.
The kitchen is newly built in with fridge / stove & oven. The worktop in the kitchen is concrete. The studio has very good WLAN. and a large art library of painting / architecture / design / garden art. Many magazines from all over the world. I myself have been an artist for many years and enjoy working here in the studio very much! In summer there is a built-in wooden bench outside in the shop window with lots of sunshine. Inside it is nice and cool when it is hot outside. Smoking & Party s are strictly forbidden as this is a residential building. A washing machine is available. Bedclothes & towels I would leave for you. I am looking forward to a creative subletting with you!
Die Lage ist sehr gut an öffentlichen Tram und Ringbahn angebunden. Haltestelle Prenzlauer Allee S Bahn oder die Tram Haltestelle Fröbelstraße. beides in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Biomarkt zum Einkaufen 3 Minuten. Donnerstag und Samstag großer Ökomarkt am Kollwitzplatz 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Apotheke 2 Minuten. Viele schöne Kaffee s und sehr viele Restaurant s in den Straßen Fußläufig alles. Berlin AlexanderPlatz 7 Minuten mit der Tram. Sehr grün. Kleiner Park am Planetarium mit Wiesen und viel Sonne. Reinigung 5 Minuten. Kleine Schwimmhalle 6 Minuten.
The location is very well connected to the public tram and ring railway. The tram stop Prenzlauer Allee S Bahn or the tram stop Fröbelstraße are both within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Organic market for shopping 3 minutes. Thursday and Saturday large organic market at Kollwitzplatz 7 minutes on foot. Pharmacy 2 minutes. Many nice coffee s and very many restaurant s in the streets within walking distance of everything. Berlin AlexanderPlatz 7 minutes by tram. Very green. Small park at the planetarium with meadows and lots of sun. Cleaning 5 minutes. Small swimming hall 6 minutes.
Mir ist es sehr wichtig, das Du sehr Ordentlich bist und das Studio sehr gut und liebevoll Bewohnst. Alles hat sehr viel mühe gekostet und ist ein besonderer Ort! Es dürfen keine Party s hier gefeiert werden in Deiner Mietzeit. Es darf nicht geraucht werden. Keine Tierhaltung. Das Studio ist sehr Sauber und im Sommer ein guter Ort zum verweilen. Die Straße ist eine kleine Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehr. Die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und offen. Zu den Museen in der Stadt ist man sehr schnell mit dem Rad oder Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

It is very important to me that you are very tidy and live in the studio very well and lovingly. Everything has taken a lot of effort and is a special place! No party s may be celebrated here in your rental period. It may not be smoked. No animal husbandry. The studio is very clean and in summer a good place to stay. The street is a small one-way street with little traffic. The neighbourhood is very friendly and open. To the museums in the city you can reach them very ft by bike or public transport.
