Halo! I’m subrenting my room in Prenzlauerberg from September 12nd to September 30th. Theoretically it’s a double room but the other girl is never here so you are alone the whole time (except sometimes in the morning when she needs to grab her clothes at 9:30 a.m but she is super silent) The room is great! The aerea is super good, there’s aldi right here and the tram. Age from 19 to 30. I live in a flat with other 4 girls, but the kitchen is shared with the people from the huge villa which is in front of us. Actually we are so many but we are like a big family! There’s a lot of respect for each other and it’s multi-cultural. It’s perfect specially if you’re new in berlin because you are gonna get new friends for sure! We party together, we do shared dinner and everybody is completely welcome. And i repeat, it’s only the kitchen that is shared with that many people (20), the rest you are gonna stay in a room alone and all the privacy that you need!
