I am looking for a new roommate starting December and for 2 months, possibly more until April.
About the flat :
The flat is located in the Danziger Strasse, next to the M10 stop Husemannstrasse. It is also next to the U-bahn Eberswalder Strasse, and the tram M2 Danziger Strasse / Prenzlauer Allee.
The available room is approx 30m2 and empty of furnitures. (so you would need to get a mattress/bed at least)
The flat has a kitchen, bathroom and a living room, as big as the available room.
There is a washing machine, oven and wifi.
The rent is 500euros a month, for everything included.
