It’s a quiet and luminous place with a large leafy innenhof and discreet neighbors.

Excellent transport connection to the whole city. Two tram stations (M10 and M2) one minute from the front door, Ubahn stations Eberwalderstrasse, Prenzlauer Allee and Senfelderstrasse 5-10 minutes walk.
You’ll find many supermarkets and grocery stores in the neighborhood. There is a large food market around the corner on Saturdays and plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants in the area.
Yoga and fitness centers and a couple of charming parks close by.
The neighborhood is very friendly and safe.
