Temporary Stay - Bright Studio Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Studio apartment with a loft bed. It is a large open space with tall windows that gets a lot of nice bounce light. A 10 minute walk to the Ringbahn, U2, M1, M10 and U8.

My partner and I are away for 8 days and would like to rent out our studio apartment with a loft / platform bed.
The dates are from the afternoon of 13 March 2023 - afternoon 22 March 2023. We would prefer to have somebody for the full time we are away but open to other offers. We can not offer the apartment before or after these dates as we will be back in Berlin and it is where we live.

RENT AS FOLLOWS:
350€ warm ( includes heating, wifi, electricy etc.. )
The deposit is for the safety of our belongings that will stay in the apartment, it will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Since we are only on vacation most of our belongings will still be here but we will clear out some space for you to put clothing and things in the bathroom.
We have a few plants so we'd just ask for you to please water them while we are away.
It is a newly renovated place (2017) with a beautiful kitchen, high ceilings and walk in shower. The studio has a large platform that fits a double bed that overlooks and rest of the apartment. We also have a small balcony though it is currently fulled with gardening supplies from summer.
You are free to use any of the herbs and spices, coffee and tea that we have in the kitchen.

Who we are looking for:
- a couple or a single (1) person.
- somebody quiet as our landlord lives in the building and we don't want any parties in the apartment that may bother the neighbours.
- somebody respectful who will take care of the apartment as if it were there own.
- somebody to look after our plant babies :)

Our street is very quiet so you'll have a great sleep!
