Ich werde für ca. einen Monat nicht in Berlin sein und möchte deshalb meine Wohnung in einer der schönsten Straßen des Prenzlauer Berges untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in Richtung Süden und ist somit sehr hell. Außerdem ist es eine Hinterhof-Wohnung. Ihr seid hier also am Puls der Stadt, schlaft aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. :) Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und es kann gern alles (mit Vorsicht) verwendet werden.

I will not be in Berlin for about a month and would therefore like to sublet my apartment in one of the most beautiful streets of Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment faces south and is therefore very bright. In addition, it is a backyard apartment. So you are here at the pulse of the city, but can still sleep very quiet. :) The apartment is fully furnished and you are welcome to use everything (with care).

Die Wohnung liegt im Prenzlauer Berg. Sie ist zu Fuß ungefähr 3 Minuten vom schönen Mauerpark entfernt. Von zahlreichen Cafés, über entspannte Bierchen im Sonnenuntergang, bis zu wildem Nachtleben in Bars und auf der Straße könnt ihr alles haben. Gleichzeitig ist die Gleimstraße selbst aber sehr ruhig gelegen.
- Zur Eberswalder Straße (U-Bahn) braucht ihr ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß
- Schönhauser Alle (U-Bahn) ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß
- Der Alexander Platz ist mit der Bahn ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
- Nach Kreuzberg / Neukölln braucht ihr ungefähr 20 - 30 Minuten (je nach Ort)

The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg. It is about 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Mauerpark. From numerous cafes, to relaxed beers in the sunset, to wild nightlife in bars and on the street - you can have it all. At the same time, Gleimstraße itself is very quiet.
- It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Eberswalder Straße (subway).
- Schönhauser Alle (subway) is about 5 minutes by foot.
- Alexander Platz is about 10 minutes away by train.
- To Kreuzberg / Neukölln you need about 20 - 30 minutes (depending on the place).

Die Wohnung ist mit 36m² die perfekte Wohnung für eine Person. Man kann hier aber auch als Pärchen gut leben.
Die Nachbarn sind alle recht jung und entspannt. Dennoch können in der Wohnung leider keine Parties gefeiert werden.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr in der Zeit ab und zu meine Pflanzen gießen könntet - sie sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll. :)

The apartment is with 36m² the perfect apartment for one person. But you can also live well here as a couple.
The neighbors are all quite young and relaxed. Nevertheless, unfortunately, there can be no parties in the apartment.
I would be very happy if you could water my plants from time to time - they are not very demanding. :)
