Hello everyone :)
I am renting my apartment in the period 27.3.24 - 01.04.2024.
The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, bathtub, a fairly large bed, furniture, a large balcony, hot water and internet, etc..
It is located on the 8th floor of a building (there is an elevator) so you have a very nice view and can enjoy the tranquility. In summer you have a very sunny and bright apartment!
the advantages of living in a green and quiet environment with lots of plants comes with a little bit of responsibility, so I would be very very grateful if you would water my plants!!!
the deposit is 150 euros and will be returned when you leave the apartment. There is an extra cost of 100 E if two people stay in the apartment. No more than two people are allowed in the flat.

ich vermiete meine Wohnung in der Zeit vom 27.3.24 - 01.04.2024.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Küchenutensilien, Badewanne, ein ziemlich großes Bett, Möbel, einen großen Balkon, Warmwasser, Internet, etc.
Es befindet sich im 8. Stock eines Gebäudes (es gibt einen Aufzug), so dass du eine sehr schöne und sonnige Aussicht hast und die Ruhe genießen kannst.
Die Vorteile, in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung mit vielen Pflanzen zu leben, bringen auch ein wenig Verantwortung mit sich, daherwäre ich sehr sehr dankbar, wenn du auf meine Pflanzen bisschen aufpasst.
die Kaution beträgt 150 Euro und wird zurückgegeben, wenn du die Wohnung verlässt.
Es gibt eine zusätzliche Kosten von 100 E, wenn zwei Personen in der Wohnung bleiben. Nicht mehr als zwei Personen sind in der Wohnung erlaubt.

the apartment is very well located. Only 3 minutes away you have the Landsberger Alle station and the tramway that takes you to the center in just a few minutes.
Pharmacies, DM and supermarkets are within 3 minutes walking distance as well (you can literally find all this right next to the station)

die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Nur 3 Minuten entfernt befindet sich der Bahnhof Landsberger Alle und die Straßenbahn, die dich in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum bringt.
Apotheken, DM und Supermärkte sind auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar
