Schöne möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung zwischen Kollwitz- und Helmholtzplatz

i am renting my place because I move for work to another city. It is not clear yet, how long I will stay away due to the flexible home office rules. This is because the rent is for one year but with an option for longer renting.

The apartment is located very central. Within 10 minutes of walking you will find Lidl, REWE, small Edeka, a grocery store, coffee places, brunch places and so on. Probably some tourists will have their coffee before you in summer. It can get crowdy in high season because the neighborhood is one of the places to be.

Within 7 minutes you can walk to the Ring Bahn and close to the house is the Tramstation which brings you to Hauptbahnhof (25 min) or Alexanderplatz (15 min). This is not a party kiez but there are Spätis within 50m distance of the house. It is clearly not loud in this place (its backyard), especially when the windows are closed, but it is possible to hear drunk people or the tram from the distance.

The pictures are not especially for this page, so please excuse the quality. The flat will look a little different, I will take some mobiliar with me (the white wardrobe and the TV probably), but bed and sofa and desk and table will stay for sure. Lets talk about the details and what you would like to have in the flat (maybe plants?). The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is also nice with a washing machine.

I want you to feel at home at my place and I want my stuff in trustworthy hands. Please write something about you and your life style and how you plan to afford the rent. I will filter the requests beforehand so that I dont have so much visitors to handle.

The apartment is free from the 1st of November but there is no time pressure. Online visits are possible in special cases.
