Ich vermiete es vom 15. November bis 10. Dezember, aber ich kann flexibel sein, wenn Sie es ein bisschen später oder sogar früher nehmen wollen.

The flat is a one room flat perfect for one person or a couple.

When you enter into the flat, you have a corridor before entering in the main room. The kitchen is separated from the room.
It's also very cute with
a beautiful wooden floor.
Also, this is very quiet what is a big plus if you need to work from there.
I rent it from the 25th of November until 12th of December but I can be flexible if you want to take it a bit later or even sooner.
Es befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg im Botzowkiez und bietet eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Ich liebe den Kiez, der einer der besten Bezirke Berlins ist.
Sie sind auch 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der M4 und M10 und Sie können Alexanderplatz in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn erreichen.

This is located in Prenzlauer Berg in the Botzowkiez and offer a large choice of restaurants, bars and shop. I really love the neighbourhood which is one of the best district of Berlin.
You are also at 4 minutes walking from the M4 and M10 and you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes by tram
