The apartment is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Rixdorf on the Richardplatz, Neukölln.
An old building with a beautiful view of the garden, a very peaceful and quiet environment so you can rest from the noise.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the room with a desk where you can work if needed.
The flat is facing the backyard.
It's important that the person who is going to sublet is quiet, parties are forbidden.
It’s possible to take only 2 weeks for 340 euros
It's super well located, in between the U7 karl-marx-strasse and the Ringbahn only 7-8 minutes by walk.
There is a big street 2 blocks away that is full of shops, and around there are many nice cafeterias, restaurants, bars and beautiful parks.
The neighbourhood is a very old historical area in the hearth of neukölln but far from the noise.
There is a deposit that will be returned upon departure once I check that everything is ok.
I'm searching for someone responsible who can take good care of the apartment.
