I wish to sublet the room for 30days
The apartment is an Altbau right in the hart of Rosenthaler. Even though it is a very busy area the room is facing the courtyard, soo it's very quite all the time.
It's on the 3rd floor with a very handy elevator.
The kitchen is full equipped. The main luxuries of it are the dishwasher and the great dinner table.
The apartment also have a huge living room with an awesome view.
The renovation of the building just finished (no loud noises), but watch out for the words "frische farbe!" — fresh paint ;)
The Apartment location is great.
The doorstep of the building is just in between the tow exist of the rosenthaler platz U bhan station and the area is fully surrounded by tram lines. It's also very close to Hackescher Hof (700 meters) where you can get the S bhan.
Just outside the door you have a Bio Market and on a 3 to 5 minutes walk you can finde a very big rewe (open until 23h).
If you want to talk coffees and restaurants there is plenty of choice in the area.
My favorite places are the St oberholz, the Mein Haus am See (just in front of the building) and for breakfast the Galão.
