Rudow is in the southwest of Berlin and part of the district Neukölln. The area is very quiet and our street is even quieter. On the other hand you are well connected to public transportation and the motorways. The next bus (172) you reach in 5 minutes, the underground station (Rudow, U7) is in walking distance (15 Min.). By car you can reach the airport Berlin-Schönefeld in 10 minutes. With the bike you reach the Humboldt University in Adlershof in 7 minutes. Rudow itself is like a small village but with all shops needed for daily necessities.
Our desirable tenant is a thoughtful person who closes the windows when looking television in summer or also to the phoning and it would be the flat so carefully treated as her own. Although we live in the same house, we feel rather rare according to experience. Sometimes one meets in summer in the garden for an entertainment. In general we live there in a very nice neighborhood.
You can use it with two persons, than it costs 890 € plus cost of electricity used.
Security payment:
