Direkt vor der Haustur is U5 Samariter Straße. Friedrichshain hat viele Restaurants. Gegenüber gib es ein Netto und bio Laden/Edeke/Lidl um die Ecke nur 2 min zum Fuß. Innerhalb der Ringbahn, Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn nur 8min zum Fuß oder 1 Station mit der U5. Alexander Platz 5 Stationen.

Schöne Altbau mit licht und viel Charakter. Perfekt für Pärchen.
Wir verreisen für 9 Monate, und brauchen jemanden, der sich um die Wohnung kümmert und die Pflanzen gießt. Leider keine Anmeldung möglich. Der Preis beinhaltet alle Rechnungen.

Very nice, fully furnished with lots of plants. There is a large and well laid out room, the kitchen is also large with lots of light, an entry hall and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
LOCATION
U5 Samariter Straße is right in front of the front door. Friedrichshain has many restaurants. Opposite there is a Netto and Bio shop/ Edeka/ Lidl around the corner just 2 minutes on foot. Within the Ringbahn, Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn only 8 minutes by foot or 1 stop with the U5. Alexander Platz 5 stations.
MISCELLANEOUS
Nice old building with light and lots of character. Perfect for couples.
We are going away for 9 months, can you please water the plants? Unfortunately no Anmeldung/ registration possible. Price includes all bills.
