The apartment is fully furnished and the adjoining balcony offers a quiet outdoor retreat. 4 minutes walk from the U7 Eisenacherstraße and 4 minutes to the nearest Edeka Supermarket. Bathtub, full kitchen equipment, washing machine etc. available.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und der angrenzende Balkon bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort im Freien. 4 Minuten Fußweg von der U7 Eisenacherstraße und 4 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Edeka. Der ruhige und zugleich belebte Akazienkiez ist mit seinen vielen kleinen Cafes, Restaurants und kleinen Läden, beliebt. Vor allem im Frühling lebt es sich hier schön. Badewanne, volle Küchenaustattung, Waschmaschine usw. vorhanden.
