I am renting out my little cozy 1 bedroom for the time between April 4th-April 10th (I am flexible with doing a day longer or shorter) open to negotiation.
The place is at Monumentenstraße, which is officially Schöneberg, but is in fact one stroll downhill from Kreuzberg, near the lovely Bergmannkiez and right next to Viktoria Park. It's really nice and quiet, but in the vicinity of everything you need.
It might be ideal for someone visiting as an alternative to a hotel, for couples or friends who don't mind sharing a bed, or someone's parents coming to town for a few days. It's one bed room with a tiny balcony towards a quiet court.
I'll be vacationing in Italy, so this is only a short this to help me with my travel budget.
The place is really clean, has all amenities for cooking, a laundry machine etc. and a very cozy bed.
