Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Reihenhauses. Sie ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und hell. Zur Straßenseite hin ist dem großen Fenster des Wohnzimmers ein französischer Balkon angeschlossen.
Für eine Großstadt war die angeschlossene Straße gerade nachts äußerst ruhig; zur Zeit meines Wohnens waren außerdem die Nachbarn selten zuhause. Also ein sehr angenehmes Wohnumfeld.
Badewanne, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, "großer" Herd mit Backhofen sind vorhanden.
Zum Zeitpunkt meines Auszuges wird die Wohnung nicht mehr möbliert sein.

1-room-flat placed in the third floor of a townhouse. Very nice shape and bright. Towards the street, a french balcony is set behind the big windows of the living room.
For such a big city, the environment is very calm especially at night, and I rarely saw my neighbors. A good atmosphere to live in.
Bathtub, completely set kitchen with a 'big' oven.
No furniture left by me.
Genial fand ich die Lage: Der U-Bf. Bayerischer Platz ist kaum eine Minute Fußweg entfernt, kaum zehn Minuten ist der Kiez um den Viktoria-Luise-Platz und den Nollendorfplatz entfernt - sicher einer der interessantsten der Stadt. Ebenso sind Potsdamer Platz und Wittenbergplatz/KaDeWe schnell zu erreichen.

Great setting: Bayerischer Platz subway station is one minute by foot, you may reach the 'kiez' around Viktoria-Luise-Platz and Nollendorfplatz (gay area) within ten minutes by foot. Even, Potsdamer Platz and Wittenbergplatz/KaDeWe are kinda close.

Ein Müllhaus befindet sich im Innenhof, der durch die Kellertür zu erreichen ist.
Ebenso können in diesem Innenhof auch Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden.

Get rid of your garbage easily in the patio behind the house, you can reach it through the door for the basement.
Even, bikes can be stored safe in the patio.
