The Apartment
It's an "Altbau"/old-style apartment with 59 square meters (around 635 square feet), floorboards and high ceilings. The Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/living room are cozy and big enough to enjoy every bit of our lively neighbourhood. The apartment is on the first floor facing the street, which makes it all the more pleasant and bright. And it's well furnished with everything you need, so no worries in settling home. I also now have a vinyl player, speakers, new kitchen accessories and a great, big, red bean bag that I've added to my apartment after the airbnb pictures were taken :)

Der Crellekiez ist einer der lebhaftesten und schönsten Kieze in Schöneberg. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés, sowie ca. 10 Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt. Die Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind auch super. Die S- und U-Bahn Stationen U7 Kleistpark und S1 Julis-Leber-Brücke sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie 3 Haltestellen für ca. 5 Buslinien einschließlich zwei Nachtlinien. Dementsprechend ist man in ca. 10 bis 20 Minuten im Herz von den bekanntesten (und coolsten!) Bezirken: Mitte, Kreuzberg und Neukölln.

Where?
The Crellekiez is a lively neighbourhood in central Schöneberg. We're surrounded by charming bars, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as many supermarkets, including the weekly street market. Together with the Akazienstraße (5 min. walk), the Crellestr. is considered one of the most beautiful and pleasant streets in the neighbourhood.
In terms of transportation, it's quite ideal, as you'd have both the U-Bahn (U7 Kleistpark) and the S-Bahn (Julius-Leber Brücke) within a 5 min walk, as well as several bus lines, including the night line. That brings you in around 10 to 20 minutes to the heart of the three lively and well-known neighbourhoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukölln.

You should be able to both take care of my apartment and enjoy it as if it was your own. It goes without saying that the golden rule is common sense: Both in terms of cleaning, neighbours and so on, as we try to keep a very nice atmosphere in the building. Please understand that this means no kids, no pets and no parties.
