Ich habe eine charmante kleine klassische Altbauwohnung mit einem schönen Balkon. Hier kann Zeit verbracht werden vom 1. bis zum 12 Juli.
In der Wohnung ist alles nett eingerichtet, es ist kein Luxus, aber sehr gemütlich und bestimmt eine günstige und gute Art Zeit in Berlin zu verbringen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe fußläufig sind die S- Bahnhöfe Julius Leber Brücke, Südkreuz und Schöneberg.
Ich wünsche mir von dem Mieter für den Zeitraum etwas Liebe für meine Blumen auf dem Balkon, die viel Wasser brauchen.
