Ich möchte meine kleine Wohnung von April bis Ende Juni zwischenvermieten.
- Es gibt ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Hochbett und viel Stauraum darunter inkl. Regal und Kleiderstange. Das Zimmer ist - weil es im 4.OG liegt - sehr hell. Es verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, Couch und Korbsessel.
- Daneben gibt es eine voll eingerichtete, helle Küche sowie Tisch und Stühle. Die Dusche befindet sich - wie in vielen Berliner Altbauten - in der Küche.
- Die Toilette ist sehr klein!

I would like to swap my apartment in Berlin for an apartment/room in New York City from April 1st through June 30th. Alternatively I would also be willing to rent it out during that time.
- There is a large room and plenty of storage space under the loft bed. It gets a lot of light since it is on the 5th floor. The room is equipped with a desk a couch and an armchair.
- The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a table and a few chairs. As in many Altbau buildings the shower is in the kithcnen.
- The toilet is very small.
Die Wohnung liegt im Akazienkiez. U- und S-Bahn sind fußläufig in ca 3 - 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Waschsalon befindet sich an der nächsten Straßenkreuzung. Im Akazienkiez ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf ohne weiteres fußläufig erreichbar wie Unterhaltungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Edeka, Bioland etc.).
Der Potsdamer Plaz und das Brandenburger Tor sind nur 3 bzw. 4 Haltestellen entfernt.
The Akazienkiez is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of places to shop and to eat out at. Subway, bus and S-Bahn connections are very good and just 4 stops to Brandenburger Tor and 3 stops to Potsdamer Platz. Furhter there is a laundromat close by.
Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit werden vorausgesetzt. Wegen der Mieterstruktur sind Feiern/Parties in der Wohnung nicht möglich.
