Hi All,
we sublet a very spacious apartment with beautiful stucco, floorboards in the middle of Schoeneberg until the 8th of January 2018.
It's fully equiped:
- kitchen has a fridge & freezer & a large eating table
- a massive sleeping couch and a big chill out area
- our beds are huge and cosy (160x200cm)
- besides washing machine, oven, stove, dishes, pots, pans ironing board, spices/oil etc. may be used
- high speed wifi connection
- bright window / quite atmosphere
- fresh towels and bedlinen
- roller blinds to have rooms dark
The building is an "Altbau" so the walls are very thick against noise.
!!!ONLY!!! 1 MINUTE walk to U-Bahnhof 'Eisenacher Strasse' or 'Bayerischer Platz' (U7). Which is very close to Kreuzberg, Kurfuersten Damm or Mitte (Check point Charly Alexander Platz etc.)
If you are one of those who cant life without internet, no worries there is high-speed wireless.
For those interested in exploring Berlin by bike - I also rent out two bikes.

Gerne würden wir diese großräumige 1-Raum Wohnung nach voller Renovierung (natur Steinfliesen/Einbauküche) an eine Person oder ein Pärchen vermieten.
Ein schnelle WIFI Verbindung besteht schon.
Das Apartment ist genau zwischen den U-bhf Bayerischer Platz & Eisenacher Strasse gelegen und so idealen Anschluss zum Stadtzentrum.
Unmittelbar vor der Tür ist ein Supermarkt, der Ku'Damm ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir sind an einer schnellen Vermietung interessiert.
