Suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1 zimmer Wohnung in Schöneberg.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.12.2015 bis zum 28.02.2016 frei!
Die Wohnung ist TEILmöbliert, das bedeutet: Bett (90x200), Schrank, Regal, Küchenschränke, Mikrowelle, Kochnische (Backofen/Herd), Tisch, Stuhl, und Internet/Wlan befindet sich in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ist somit hell, bis Mittags ungefähr scheint die Sonne auch rein.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Flur und ein WC mit Waschbecken. Es gibt leider keinen Kühl und Gefrierschrank mehr wie auf den Fotos abgebildet!
Die Duschen (2 Duschräume abschließbar) befinden sich im Hausflur, rechts neben der Wohnung, es handelt sich um Gemeinschaftsduschen, welche sauber und gepflegt sind und regelmäßig sowohl von Putzkräften als auch von den Nachbarn gesäubert werden.
Die Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.12.2015 bis zum 28.02.2016 frei.
Die Miete von 360€ beinhaltet: strom, wasser, WLAN.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 580 € ist vor Einzug zu zahlen.

Furnished apartment for rent from the 1 12 2016 until the 28 02 2016!
The apartment is on the raised ground floor, has a single bed (90x200), Kitchen, Toilet, Table + chair, a big closet, microwave..and of course internet access.Unfortunatly there will be no Freezer or Refrigerator in the apartment. You'll have a big Balcony and the washing machines are in the basement. The apartment has 2 showers, they are in the hallway and used by you and the neigbours on the same floor, there is someone who cleans everything twice a week. The showers are seperated and you can lock them of course. The neighbours are very nice and friendly!
The rent is 360€ all in (internet access, water, electricity) the deposit would be 580€.
Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Rathaus Schöneberg (U4) und 9 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Berliner Straße (U9) entfernt.
Der U-Bahnhof Bayerischer Platz (U7) ebenfalls in 9 Gehminuten entfernt.
Diverse Buslinien (104, M48, M85) sind in 5-10 min zu erreichen.
Nahkauf, Späti, Aldi, Lidl, Bäcker und sonstige Ess,- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet ihr in 5-10 Gehminuten. Das Rathaus Schöneberg ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustür, sowie der Volkspark Schöneberg, den ihr in 3 Gehminuten erreicht. Außerdem: Gute Parkmöglichkeiten hier in der Gegend rund um dem Haus herum!
Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und offen, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.

The apartment is located in the west of Berlin, Schöneberg. in 2 minutes you will be at the Metrostation Rathaus Schöneberg (U4), the station Bayrischer Platz (U7) and Berliner Straße (U9) is 9 minutes away. You'll reach the bus (104,M48,M85) in 5 to 10 minutes. Supermarkets are all around: Lidl, Aldi, Nahkauf, Späti and a few restaurants. There is a big park like 3 minutes away, the Volkspark Schöneberg. If you have a car, you'll find plenty parking lots around the house. It's a quiet and relaxed and friendly neighbourhood!
