I go for vacation between 11.1-24.1 and would be happy to sublet my room in a beautiful 3 rooms flat in Schöneberg. It's fully furnished, gets lots of light, and very comfy :)
I'm the only one living in the flat.
that means: You'll be the only person to really spend here most of the time!
The owner of the flat lives in the same building in another flat, and she only passes by ca. 2 times per week to pick up her mail etc.
I wish to find someone responsible who will take care of this great flat as if it was his/hers.

next to U bayrischer Platz, very quiet and beautiful area! lots of great restaurants, coffees, supermarkets, etc.
Good connections with the U7, U4, and the ring (Innsbrucker Platz) is not far away. You have a nice park around the corner.
