Es gibt ein späti im Haus, nahkauf vor der Haustür und den Markt auf dem Winterfeldplatz 10mn zu Fuß.
Das Haus ist an einer Kreuzung und deshalb hört man die Straße von der Wohnung aus. Sonst ist die Wohnung möbliert, es gibt ein großen Balkon und ein Aufzug.
Ach ja und ich habe 4 Pflanzen die ab und zu Wasser brauchen :)

Hello,
my one-room flat is free from July to the end of September.
There is a “späti” in the house, a little supermarket right in the front and a weekly market 10mn away.
The house is next to a “big” street and we hear the cars from the flat. Beside this, it’s fully furnished, with a balcony and a lift.
And I have 4 plants that need to be watered :)
