Man betritt die Wohnung über eine großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche (Küchengeräte, Spülmaschine, etc.), von der das halbe Zimmer und der Flur abgehen. Das Bad wurde komplett neu saniert und hat eine Badewanne und viel Staufläche. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen Schreibtisch, außerdem befindet sich am Ende des Flurs ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank.
Außer in dem halben Zimmer ist die ganze Wohnung mit Dielen ausgelegt.
The apartment has a very nice kitchen with a dish washer. Except for the small room, all rooms have wooden floors. The bathroom has recently been renovated and there is a bath tub as well. The bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed and at the end of the hallway there is a walk in closet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Altbaus. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Der Winterfeldtmarkt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist durch die Nähe zum Nollendorfplatz perfekt.
The apartment is at the heart of the Schöneberg neighborhood. There are a lot of cafés, restaurants and bars right around the corner. There is a lot of public transportation right around the corner at Nollendorfplatz.
Bitte schreib einen kurzen Text über dich und erwähne auch gerne, wann du Zeit für einen Besichtigungstermin hättest (vorzugsweise Montag-Freitag am Abend). Der Mietzeitraum ist flexibel und wenn alles gut läuft, kann der Mietvertrag auch verlängert werden. Natürlich können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden und alternativ zum Doppelbett gäbe es auch ein Einzelbett.
Please introduce yourself and mention when you would have time (preferably Monday - Friday in the evening). The contract for now is only for six months, but can be elongated, if everything goes well. Of course you can also bring your own furniture and alternatively to the king size bed, we could also provide a single bed.
