Hello there,
I want to rent my studio from the 4th to the 22nd of august. It is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, a young, vibrant and central area. The apartment is bright and quiet, fully furnished with a small kitchen, a bathroom and the main room with one large bed for one person and a table. There is the possibility to open the couch and have two more very cozy places. (I slept on it and is very comfortable)
The location is very centered, 50 mt from the u-bahn Senefelder platz, in a very quite and nice building. The area is full of bars, café and restaurant.
The price is:
- 30 euro for a day (40 euros if the people are 2)
- 180 for one week (200 for 2 people)
- 350 for two weeks (380 for 2 people)
- 400 for 20 days (450 for 2 people)
If you need the flat for one or two days more we can negotiate it.
